  I had been a patient of Dr. Hammoud's, for over a year now. I look up to this doctor, and I still do( sadly to say NOT his staff) I was told I could no longer being seen by the doctor due to insurance. My reaction okay I will get that fixed as soon as possible which, I did. Someone from the desk that I had not heard of before named "Beth" called and left me a voicemail of the doctor's appointment upcoming. ( I was so excited and stopped looking elsewhere) I was also told by the pharmacist that the doctor had filled my prescription on the 2nd as he would have any other month. Again relieved they did not have to switch doctors. Then when I call because one of my prescriptions was not filled as it usually would have been any other month I find out that the nurse partitioner Debbie has no knowledge of who Beth is( said she didn't even know who her staff was by another staff member said that was a girl in training) at this time Debbie told me dr. Hammoud refuses to fill any medication. "News to me" the pharmacist had just called and said that my routine medication was filled already by the doctor... ? Long story short they messed up filled my script they messed up made an appointment for me I left it on my voicemail. Then called to tell me I was no longer a patient of theirs and they're sorry they could not help me leaving me now without my medications and without time to find a new doctor I have currently been in the emergency room having seizures thank you Doctor homemade stuff that I put so much trust into. It just breaks my heart honest to God it does.
